When should I request a booking for my SLUMBER PARTY?
We advise you book as soon as you have settled on a date. This ensures you secure your preferred theme and party date. A deposit of 50% will secure your preferred date and theme.

How much space do I need to set up the tents?
The amount of space required will depend on how many tents you require, however each tent is (h)1500 x (w) 900cm x (l) length 1400cm. We can configure tents in different ways depending on your space.  If choosing the glamping option you will also need to allow space for the breakfast trays (these can be folded away).

Do I need to wash the bed linen before it is collected?
No, SLUMBER CREW will undertake all laundering of linen after it is collected.

Is the linen washed after every use?
It sure is!! SLUMBER CREW use next GENERATION products to launder the bedding. This is a NZ made product and is not tested on animals. It is an ultra mild formulation suitable for Sensitive Skin, is Phosphate Free, No Synthetic dyes or perfumes and uses biodegradable ingredients.

Are pillows provided?
Yes

Is delivery and set up included in the package?
Yes. Delivery is included to all North Shore/West Auckland/Rodney addresses. There is a $20 surcharge for delivery/pick up for addresses in Central/East/South An additional surcharge for all other Auckland and locations 2-3 hours out of Auckland areas will apply (please contact us for more details).

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required upon booking. Payment of this deposit secures your party date and preferred theme.

When is drop off and set up and pack up and pick up?
Times can be negotiated depending on party start time, however hire is generally for a 19 hour period (eg 3pm – 10am).

How do I pay for my SLUMBER PARTY?
Bank deposit is our preferred method of payment, however we do accept Visa & MasterCard payment via PayPal (fees may apply for this option – please enquire).
